National Adoption Day
National Adoption Day is November 15 and is observed in all 50 states and the Distract of Columbia. The purpose of National Adoption day is to highlight the need for permanent loving homes for over 100,000 children in foster care nationwide. Many communities organize special adoption events, where courts and other agencies finalize adoptions. The day also includes awareness rallies and other community wide events. National Adoption Day also is about celebrating the families who choose to adopt, proving a loving home for a child. National Adoption Day is about hope and love! Labels: national adoption day
